Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact and undamaged.

A valid receipt or order number must be provided.

Items listed as non-returnable (if specified) are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Accepted Return/Exchange Cases

Wrong item delivered, incorrect quantity, or incorrect model.

Product defects or damages caused by the manufacturer.

Customer requests to exchange for a different item (subject to availability and possible price differences).
3. Return/Exchange Process

Contact us via email at [contact@dhgardencentre.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide product photos, your order number, and a brief explanation of your request.

Once approved, return the item to the address we provide.

After inspection, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund.
4. Return Shipping Fees

If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

We do not issue refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions.
