Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact and undamaged.

• A valid receipt or order number must be provided.

• Items listed as non-returnable (if specified) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Accepted Return/Exchange Cases

• Wrong item delivered, incorrect quantity, or incorrect model.

• Product defects or damages caused by the manufacturer.

• Customer requests to exchange for a different item (subject to availability and possible price differences).

3. Return/Exchange Process

• Contact us via email at [contact@dhgardencentre.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide product photos, your order number, and a brief explanation of your request.

• Once approved, return the item to the address we provide.

• After inspection, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund.

4. Return Shipping Fees

• If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

• Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

• We do not issue refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions.
